- System development and maintenance for Microsoft .NET applications covering feasibility study, requirement collection, system design, programming, testing and supervise less experience teammates
- Perform systems release support to team or users
- Troubleshoot system & data issues and follow up thoroughly with clients

We are looking for…
- University degree in computer science or any other equivalent subject
- At least 4 - 5 years relevant experience
- Solid experience in .NET core and Azure cloud; Outsystems is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, to identify and discuss issues, with potential solution options with team leads
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
- With previous experience in a consulting firm is preferred
- Less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer/ Senior Analyst Programmer

The Job
- To lead a Large scale ERP project implementation including change management and transformation support
- Strategic planning, preparations for foreseen risks and manage users' expectations
- Perform resources management and project financial management
- Excellent problem solving and communications with senior management skills
- Good knowledge on project delivery documentation
- To handle and liaise with offshore technical team and stakeholders
The Person:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Business or related disciplines
- At least 18 years working experiences in IT Application development, support or implementation
- 10+ years' technical experience in top tier ERP System support and implementation including the change management
- Solid experience in convincing senior management and managing the changes from digital transformation.
- Experience in building relationships with the department heads, operation leads and business process owners
- Experience in IT governance and communications with SME will be a great advantage
- Previous experience in handling in functional /OR customization /OR enhancement for ERP System is a plus
- Technical experience in Financial, COA /OR Procurement /OR HCM Module will be an advantage but NOT essential
- Good analytical, inter-personal, leadership and problem solving skills
